Deborah is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Silicon Valley Chapter. The NACD is the oldest corporate governance non-profit institution in the US, with over 17,500 members and 21 chapters across the nation.

Deborah is a member of the Board of Directors of Forum for Women Entrepreneurs & Executives, an organization serving the growth and leadership development needs of entrepreneurs and senior level executives. FWE&E provides an online community of peers, forums, netbooks and educational opportunities for its members.

Deborah is a member of the Board of Directors of Girls for a Change, a national organization that empowers teen age girls to create and lead social change.  GFC provides girls with professional female role models, leadership training and inspiration to work in teams to solve persistent societal problems in their communities.
